
With Memorial Day behind us, we have started that official leap into the Summer months. Of course along with that comes backyard BBQs, a friendly game of lawn soccer or volleyball and many other activities. No, it's not a summertime treat you eat, but a series of stretches that we give to our patients who both need relief from an injury or do pro-actively to avoid injury before activities.
