Stretch out and Spring into Summer

With Memorial Day behind us, we have started that official leap into the Summer months. Of course along with that comes backyard BBQs, a friendly game of lawn soccer or volleyball and many other activities. If you are a patient here at Shipman Chiropractic you have probably been told about the Peanut Butter Fruit Sandwich. No, it's not a summertime treat you eat, but a series of stretches that we give to our patients who both need relief from an injury or do pro-actively to avoid injury before activities.  The form can be found on our website. PBFS stands for four stretch activities: Pocket Stretch, Backbend, Forward Bend and Squat. Check these out on the following link page.
